Customer Response Unit

 

Background

Created a more intuitive experience for CRU (Customer Response Unit) members to use on their mobile devices. The goal of this project was to shorten wait times for Guardian Life policyholders calling in about planning their absence.

An easier way to service customers.

Guardian Life CRU members are now able to use functions available in the Guardian Anytime web application. This includes viewing scripts to use while on an active call and adding notes to a case.

 

Prototype.

A clickable prototype was created using Figma. The video here shows the flow that a CRU member may take in order to complete a call with a Guardian Life member.
